RBI's Q2 Monetary policy review for FY 12-13


On the basis of current assessment the Reserve Bank announces the following policy measures:

Cash Reserve Ratio
reduce the cash reserve ratio (CRR) of scheduled banks by 25 basis points from 4.5 per cent to 4.25 per cent of their net demand and time liabilities (NDTL) effective the fortnight beginning November 3, 2012. As as result of this reduction in the CRR, around `175 billion of primary liquidity will be injected into the banking system.

Repo Rate
. The policy repo rate under the liquidity adjustment facility (LAF) has been retained at 8.0 per cent.

Reverse Repo Rate
The reverse repo rate under the LAF, determined with a spread of 100 basis points below the repo rate, stands at 7.0 per cent.

Marginal Standing Facility (MSF) Rate
The Marginal Standing Facility (MSF) rate, determined with a spread of 100 basis points above the repo rate, stands at 9.0 per cent.

Bank Rate
The Bank Rate stands at 9.0 per cent.

NOTE:- The next Mid-Quarter Review of Monetary Policy for 2012-13 will be announced through a press release on Tuesday, December 18, 2012.

NOTE:- The Third Quarter Review of Monetary Policy for 2012-13 is scheduled for Tuesday, January 29, 2013.

भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा रेपो रेट में बदलाव नहीं, नकद आरक्षित अनुपात में 0.25 प्रतिशत की कटौती



 भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) ने अपनी अर्द्धवार्षिक ऋण नीति की घोषणा करते हुए 30 अक्टूबर 2012 को रेपो रेट को 8 प्रतिशत पर रखा, जबकि नकद आरक्षित अनुपात (सीआरआर) में 25 बेसिस अंक की कटौती की.
 अब नकद आरक्षित अनुपात (सीआरआर) 0.25 प्रतिशत घटाकर 4.25 प्रतिशत हो गया है. सीआरआर चौथाई प्रतिशत घटने से बैंकिंग तंत्र में 17500 करोड़ रुपएकी नकदी आएगी.
 आरबीआई ने थोक मूल्य सूचकांक पर आधारित महंगाई दर का अनुमान 7.3 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 7.7 प्रतिशत कर दिया. इसके साथ ही उसने चालू वित्त वर्ष में देश की विकास दर का पूर्वानुमान घटाकर 5.7 प्रतिशत कर दिया, जिसे उसने पहले 6.5 प्रतिशत पर रखा था.
 रेपो रेट वह दर होती है, जिस पर केंद्रीय बैंक शेष बैंकों को अल्पावधि ऋण के रूप में दी गई रकम पर ब्याज वसूल करता है, जबकि रिवर्स रेपो रेट वह दर होती है, जिस पर केंद्रीय बैंक शेष बैंकों को अल्पावधि ऋण के रूप में ली गई रकम पर ब्याज अदा किया करता है

रवांडा सहित 5 देश संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद की अस्थायी सदस्यता हेतु निर्वाचित


 रवांडा, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, अर्जेंटीना, लक्जमबर्ग और दक्षिण कोरिया संयुक्त राष्ट्र सुरक्षा परिषद के नए अस्थायी सदस्य निर्वाचित किए गए. 67वीं संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा में 18 अक्टूबर 2012 को हुए मतदान में इन देशों को चुना गया. यह पांच देश 1 जनवरी 2013 से 31 दिसम्बर 2014 तक सुरक्षा परिषद के नए अस्थायी सदस्य होंगे.

 रवांडा को अफ्रीकी कोटे से निर्विरोध चुना गया. उसने दक्षिण अफ्रीका का स्थान लिया. 193 सदस्यों वाली संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा में रवांडा 148, अर्जेटीना 182, ऑस्ट्रेलिया 140, लक्जमबर्ग 131 और दक्षिण कोरिया 149 वोट प्राप्त कर सुरक्षा परिषद के सदस्य बने.

 इसके साथ ही सुरक्षा परिषद में भारत, दक्षिण अफ्रीका, कोलोंबिया, जर्मनी और पुर्तगाल का दो साल का कार्यकाल पूरा हुआ. वहीं सुरक्षा परिषद में अन्य पांच अस्थाई सदस्य देश अज़रबैजान, ग्वाटेमाला, मोरक्को, पाकिस्तान और टोगो हैं, जिन का कार्यकाल 31 दिसम्बर 2013 को समाप्त होना है.

 विदित हो कि सुरक्षा परिषद में कुल 15 सदस्य देश हैं, जिनमें चीन, फ्रांस, रूस, ब्रिटेन और अमेरिका पांच स्थाई सदस्यों के अलावा अन्य दस अस्थाई सदस्य देश हैं. अस्थाई सदस्य देशों को सुरक्षा परिषद में शामिल होने के लिए दो तिहाई मतों की आवश्यकता होती है.

Those candidates, whose photos are not clear, dark, thumbnail size or missing are compulsorily required to bring three stamp size ( 3 cm x 3.5 cm) photos, of which one photo should be pasted on a plain sheet of paper and attested by a gazetted officer, to be submitted to the invigilator along with two stamp size photos to be submitted to the invigilator .

पीएमईएसी ने वित्तवर्ष 2012-13 के लिए जीडीपी की वृद्धि दर का अनुमान घटाकर 6 प्रतिशत कर दिया


पीएमईएसी ने वित्तवर्ष 2012-13 के लिए जीडीपी की वृद्धि दर का अनुमान घटाकर 6 प्रतिशत कर दिया

 प्रधानमंत्री की आर्थिक सलाहकार परिषद (पीएमईएसी) ने वित्तवर्ष 2012-13 के लिए सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीडीपी) की वृद्धि दर के अनुमान को 6.7 प्रतिशत से घटाकर 6 प्रतिशत कर दिया. विशेषकर विनिर्माण क्षेत्र के कमजोर प्रदर्शन के कारण आर्थिक वृद्धि दर के अनुमान को कम किया गया. पीएमईएसी के अध्यक्ष सी रंगराजन के अनुसार वित्तवर्ष 2012-13 की दूसरी छमाही में अर्थव्यवस्था में उल्लेखनीय सुधार होने और पूरे वर्ष केलिए वृद्धि दर 6 प्रतिशत के आस-पास रहने की संभावना है.
 पीएमईएसी ने अगस्त में वित्तवर्ष 2012-13 के लिए आर्थिक परिदृश्य मेंदेश की आर्थिक वृद्धि दर 6.7 प्रतिशत रहने का अनुमान लगाया था. देश की आर्थिक वृद्धि दर पिछले दो लगातार वित्तवर्षों (2010-11, 2011-12) में 8 प्रतिशत से अधिक रही थी. वित्तवर्ष 2011-12 में यह घटकर 6.5 प्रतिशत रह गई.
 सी रंगराजन के अनुसार पहली तिमाही की तरह ही दूसरी तिमाही में भी आर्थिक विकास दर 5.5 प्रतिशत रहने का अनुमान है क्योंकि इस तिमाही में औद्योगिक उत्पादन में कोई विशेष सुधार नहीं हुआहै. अप्रैल से अगस्त 2012 में औद्योगिक उत्पादन 0.4 प्रतिशत घटा है,जबकि वित्तवर्ष 2011-12 की समान अवधि में यह 5.6 प्रतिशत बढ़ा था. वित्तवर्ष 2012-13 की दूसरी छमाही में बेहतर कृषि उत्पादन तथा औद्योगिक गतिविधियां बढ़ने से अर्थव्यवस्था में तेजी आने की संभावना है.
 पीएमईएसी के अनुसार कोयला, बिजली, सड़क और रेलवे जैसे महत्त्वपूर्ण विनिर्माण क्षेत्रों की वृद्धि की गति तेजी से बढ़ेगी. मानसून उम्मीद सेकुछ बेहतर रहा है. ऐसे में जैसा अनुमानथा कृषि उत्पादन उससे कुछ बेहतर होने की उम्मीद है.
 वित्त मंत्रालय को आशा है कि दिसंबर 2012 तक सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र की कंपनियों में विनिवेश से 12 हजार से 13 हजार करोड़ रूपये प्राप्त कर लिए जाएंगे, जिससे वित्तवर्ष 2012-13 में राजकोषीय घाटे को 5.3 प्रतिशत के आस-पास लाने में मदद मिलेगी.

Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (JMRC), a Government of Rajasthan Undertaking, registered under the Companies Act, 1956, is implementing Metro Rail Transit System in Jaipur and intends to recruit people for operation & maintenance of its first line scheduled to be commissioned in June, 2013.

2nd COMMON WRITTEN EXAMINATION [CWE] FOR RECRUITMENT IN CLERICAL CADRE IN PUBLIC SECTOR BANKS

With the validity of the scorecard issued for the first CWE for Clerks held in November/December 2011 expiring in February 2013, the next Common Written Examination(CWE Clerk-II) as a pre-requisite for selection of personnel for Clerical cadre posts in the Public Sector Banks will be conducted online by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in December 2012.Candidates who qualify in CWE Clerk-II, will subsequently be
called for a Common Interview to be co-ordinated by IBPS. Candidates, successful in qualifying in both the CWE and Common Interview will be listed in the order of merit. Depending on the vacancies in each bank of his preference, candidate will receive through a computerised system an offer from one of the Participating Public Sector Banks listed below. Vacancies remaining unfilled on account of candidates declining offer, will be filled from among the remaining candidates, through subsequent iterations.

Candidates intending to appear for CWE will have to apply to IBPS after carefully reading the advertisement regarding the process of examination and interview, eligibility criteria, online registration process, payment of prescribed application fee/ intimation charges, pattern of examination, issuance of call letters etc.

After the declaration of result of both CWE and common interview, a notification will be issued by IBPS giving the state/UT wise and category-wise vacancies for each Bank and order of preference for Banks will be obtained from successful candidates. Based on the marks obtained in CWE and common interview as well as the indication of order of preference of Banks and available vacancies, a successful candidate will receive a call from
an individual Bank.Since recruitment in clerical cadre in Public Sector Banks is done on State/UT-wise basis, candidates can apply for vacancies in any one State/ UT only. Consequently, a candidate would be required to appear for CWE in any one of the centres in that particular State/UT. However, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility
etc. candidates may be allotted to a centre of examination outside the chosen State/UT for which vacancies he/she is applying. Please note this reallocation is only for the conduct of examination and the candidate will be considered for vacancies in the State/UT applied for, as aforesaid.

Hundred Fifty) for SC/ST/OBC. Fee is Payable by Demand Draft/Indion Postal order favouring National Micro Credit Control Organisation payable at Kolkata Only. Candidates should write their Name & Date of Birth on the reverse of the Demand Draft & in the Space Provided for the Purpose on the Postal orders


SUBMISSION OF THE APPLICATION
Candidates can apply for the post either on the prescribed application (OFF LINE) or submit
the application ON LINE followed up by sending a printout (Hard Copy) of the ON LINE
Application to the NMCCO Office.

ON-LINE
The Candidates can apply ON-LINE using the link www.nmcco.in Candidates need to take a printout on their ON-LINE application after submission of the data through the systems. A signed photograph must be pasted (not to be stapled) at the specified place on the printout and the candidate must sign on the printout of the application and attach DD or IPO .


Candidates need to send the systems generated print out (hard copy) of the ON-LINE
Application to the NMCCO Office by ordinary post. In case the print out (hard copy) is not
received by the Board by the CLOSING DATE mentioned in this advertisement, the ON-LINE application will not be entertained and will be rejected.

Application should not be submitted more than once. Duplicate applications will not be
entertained and will be rejected.

The ON-LINE applications can be submitted till 11.59 P.M. on Oct . 30, 2012 after which the
link will be disabled.


OFF-LINE
The candidates must apply in the Application format published in this advertisement. It Should be typed or neatly handwritten in Hindi or English on a good quality “White” A-4 size paper. All the columns in the application must be filled legibly or typed. Incomplete and illegible application will be rejected.

OFF-LINE application or Printout of the ON-LINE Application, as the case may be, have to be sent by ordinary post to The REGIONAL DIRECTOR, NATIONAL MICRO CREDIT CONTROL ORGANISATION Post Bag : 01 Kolkata-700016


Candidates should apply either by ON-LINE mode (followed up by sending a printout of the
ON-LINE application) or OFF-LINE mode. They should not submit application by both the

CLOSING DATE :
OFF-LINE Application or the printout of the ON-LINE Application, as the case may be, should reach the NMCCO Office on or before 6.00 P.M. on November 10,2012.
